She began her career as a Quantitative Trader at Old Mission Capital, specializing in fixed income trading, market-making, and financial modeling.In 2024, she launched Gata Ventures, a private equity portfolio funding and supporting female-founded startups. By providing capital, mentorship, and strategic guidance, Gata Ventures helps women-led businesses scale in competitive markets.As a strong advocate for financial literacy and women’s representation in finance and STEM, Kenna shares insights through speaking engagements, media appearances, and educational content, reshaping the narrative of women in trading, investing, and entrepreneurship.
